Who Are LostCatsBrighton?

The driving force behind 'LostCatsBrighton' is Mr Ron Ayres.

Ron's hard work and total dedication to helping cats has transformed a small Lost & Found list into Brightons newest cat rescue organisation.  What began as one man helping a couple of cats in ‘need’ has grown into a service that helped more than 180 of Brightons needy cats in 2007 and over 350 cats in 2008

The Helpers

Ron is assisted by a small band of volunteers who offer their time and effort to keep things running as smoothly as possible. There’s Fi, who helps out with the website and Steve, Glynis,Pauline, John, Jan, Isobel, Hannah, Sue and Helen (and many others!) who help with the cleaning & feeding.

Helpers Required!!

We’re always looking for more people to help out so please get in touch if you have a couple of hours to spare in the week.

We are currently looking for someone to help  Ron with 'Vet Runs' which will include some heavy lifting getting the cats from the pen to the car and back. If you are a car owner/driver and you feel you could spare a few hours a week helping us get the cats checked over at the vets, then please call Ron

We also need someone to help out with the morning 'Cleaning and Feeding' sessions. (Be warned - there are Litter Trays!!)

Just give Ron a call to arrange to come and see the Rescue, meet the cats and to arrange a possible start.
