Details : Dave has found his way home and we received the following message from him.
Hello Ron - I am so very happy to tell you that my cat came back tonight- a bit cold and hungry, but very well and happy to be home in a nice warm chair.
So, very happily, you can take him off the lost page on the website- and please feel free to add his story to the good news stories on the site - I think a story with a happy ending is what other people going through the trauma of a missing cat need to hear.
I am so grateful to you for running this site - frankly, the world needs a few more people like you! Once again, thank you so, so much.

Details: Simba was found in the early hours of sunday morning in a neighbors garden in Wickhurst Road. His owners couldn't settle knowing he was out in all that wind and rain so they had been doing hourly neighborhood and garden checks and thats when they heard his pathetic whimpering...ahhh bless him !! Very scared...Very wet and a little bruised and bewildered and very hungry and thirsty...but now he is back home bathed, warm and cuddled... Thankyou so much for your help. We were so worried about him as he is such a wimp and a big scaredy cat... So glad we found him though as my very elderly other cat seemed so lost without him to keep her warm. Even our little dog missed him and my lap felt so empty without him.

Details : Mabels owners are very pleased to report she has been found! Mabel had been exploring a house in their road currently being renovated and became trapped inside from Friday to Monday. The owners were looking for her Sunday night and on calling her name, she responded to them and from the empty house they could hear her calling through the letter-box. Thankfully they were then able to drop some food and water through until the workmen arrived on Monday when they were able to rescue her and bring her home. They are so thrilled to have her back, and said they would just like to extend their thanks for the website and useful information it gives – and as they added
"Life really does not seem the same without a furry feline in it!!"

Details : Peter is back home safe and sound and in fact his owner says his coat is in better condition than when he went missing.
We received the following email informing us of the good news
reunited with Peter, my black cat tonight.
He had beenhanging around a pub on the Lewes Road not that far from
my home and looked very at home lying on the pub sofa when Iarrived.
He's not very happy being back at home but I'm spoiling him with all
his favourite treats so hopefully he'll settle back in in a fewdays.

Details : Lily was found by her concerned owners neighbour, much to their relief! as Lily is a very young kitten who manage to escape from a basement window. We are just pleased all is well and the littlun is safe back at home.
