At 3 am this morning we heard a very loud noise outside our bedroom window. It sounded like a cat crying. When I got up I rushed to the window and found it was Oscar our British blue indoor cat. He had made it home all alone.

Ziggy's owner went round last night and he was there in their garden! After a bit of coaxing they managed to get him in the house and he's now back safe and sound at home!

Details: 'Girlcat' has been found!!! we received the following email from her very releived owner
"Thank you so much for your kind, fast response. 'Girlcat' turned up in a house round the corner yesterday evening and thanks to my posters the lady phoned me right away. Apart from being scared she was otherwise unhurt and we are so relieved to get her back, we gave the lady a little reward. The lady was almost in tears as she and her neighbour had seen 'Girlcat' in their gardens for most of the morning and when she finally trapped her in her conservatory realising she was a 'stranger' she had to keep her seperated from her own cat which wasn't easy! This has spurred me into getting her chipped as it was something pending, also I will try to get a collar on her with our address, but for now, the cat flap is locked!"

Details : After 'Bellas' owners had delivered missing leaflets to nearly 1000 houses they received several calls about possible sightings yesterday afternoon. Then at about 11.30pm last night her owner went outside to call her, heard a very loud meow and there she was. Apart from being a little thinner, hungry and thirsty she appears to be completely unharmed and spent the whole night purring on their bed.

Details : Puschka's owner has called to let usknow that 'Puschka' hadnt actually wandered off after all but had spent the last 36 + hours under the kitchen sink unit and for some reason didnt respond to them calling her until today. Background : When 'Gordie' went missing his owner discovered that 2 girls had been in the pub opposite her house, had seen him outside & took him food & later that afternoon/evening they were seen loading him into a cat box, getting into a taxi & driving off.
Details : We received a call from a gentleman saying he had Gordie. His girlfriend had taken him in, as she was concerned he had been abandoned. Apparently they saw how little and skinny he was and asked in the pub opposite; who told them they had seen him outside before but because 'Gordie's' owners nextdoor neighbours had just moved out, she and her friend thought he must have belonged to them and he had been left behind.
As the lady who took him, goes to london once a week she only just saw the signs but made contact as soon as she saw them.
Gordies owner is just glad he is back and that is all that matters and she's very happy to be reunited.
AS IT TURNS OUT THE LADY'S INTENTIONS WERE GOOD ONES.
BUT WE WOULD LIKE TO URGE EVERYONE, THAT BEFORE PICKING UP A CAT THINKING IT IS A POSSIBLE STRAY, PLEASE KNOCK ON DOORS IN THAT STREET OR ROAD TO MAKE SURE IT IS NOT JUST AN ELDERLY CAT THAT DUE TO ITS AGE IS NATURALLY THINNER AND LESS GROOMED.
AS IN THIS CASE 'GORDIE' IS A VERY MUCH LOVED ELDERLY CAT WHO HAS A LOVING HOME AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO HAVE HELPED REUNITE THEM.

Some Good News, Dippy has come home!!! we placed her sleeping mat outside and we found her curled up in it gently scratching against the door! she seems to be in some shock but is fine. Just wanted to let you know, thank you and ron SO much for all your help, you're doing a fantastic thing and your advice was wonderful.

Details : We received an email today from a lady who said she had been feeding a cat matching Archie's description on and off since December and asked us to pass on her phone details to Archies owners to check if it was him and if not for us to take him into care as the lady was really worried for him. It was by chance she stumbled across our site, saw the photo of Archie and contacted us,
Here is the message we received from Archies very relieved owner soon after being reunited
"It is Archie! Thank you so much. He doesn't look any thinner but he does need a good wash! I can't thank Angela enough for looking out for him.
I had almost given up hope and to think he was only at the bottom of the hill"
We are so pleased for Archie's owners and much appreciate Angela's care and concern for this handsome chap! - we can just imagine him back home sunning himself on the windowsill as shown in the pic ;)

Details : Diesel is home and has in fact become a bit of celebrity in The Argus dated Monday 08 March. Due to being rescued by Firefighters some eight roads away from his home. He had managed to get stuck up a drainpipe! We have spoken to his owners who are so relieved and yet miffed as to how he go that far away.
Most importantly, he is home safe and sound.

Freddie went missing on 3rd March and has just turned up again today (8th) at 2.30. He is quite thin and thirsty but otherwise looks in good shape.
