I have some very good news – Mylo has been found! We are not sure what happened to him for the first two weeks, but for the past week he has been looked after by a family in a house about half a mile away after wondering towards that area. He was again taken into Acorn vets! He is now being kept in for a while.Thank you so much for putting his details on the website but I am very pleased to say his details can now be taken off. We just wanted to let you know that Herbie returned last night/this morning at about 4.30am.
We awoke to a yowling outside our front door, opened the door & in she ran! A little slim and very wide eyed but has eaten plenty & is now rest with her brother for the day. No doubt we shall take her to the vet to check all is well.

We wanted to let you know that late Saturday 3rd we received a call to say Alfie had been found. He was over a mile away and had walked in to an open back door and the owner was kind enough to see he was a way from home from the tag on his collar. He seemed a little hungry as he welcomed the tin of tuna she offered him but apart from that all fine. He has a small scratch on his face so I think he may have had a fight then run off and got lost. He was even trying to jump out his normal window to go out Saturday night when we got him back. He is having a few days in before he is allowed out so he is totally rested and recovered from his adventure

Happy news! our cat scratchi has been found alive and well. After a 2nd attempt with a leaflet drop and more posters our cat has been returned to us. She was found in the gutter by a passer by who took her home. She is very well feed and apart from seeming a bit traumatized by the whole thing she is fine and purring away as usual. Tinker ( disappeared Sun 31st July ) reappeared this morning at 02.45. He appeared to be in reasonable health considering he has been missing for 15 days, but his back legs seemed stiff. The vet thinks he may of been knocked over by a car and suffered concussion and couldn't find his way home. He has lost about 10 % of his weight and is going to have an x-ray tomorrow in case of any broken bones. He likes constant attention and is purring constantly and doesn't appear to be in any pain.

Fantastic news - Barney is back! And he's been on quite an adventure it seems.
We had a call at 11.30pm from a lovely man named Neil who we had spoken to earlier in the week when putting up posters. He said not to get our hopes up but he thought he had Barney! He had been at dinner on Church Road and a cat walked in matching our description of Barney. The owners of the restaurant confirmed that the cat had been in a lot and they thought he was lost. So Neil picked up Barney and walked him all the way back to his house on Westbourne Villas before calling us. We ran down to his house and sure enough it was Barney! Missing for 2 weeks exactly. We have been overwhelmed by the kindness of people in our area who have constantly been calling us with potential sightings. And of course Neil, the hero of our story! Thank you so much for your support.

As mentioned to these very relieved owners, We offer microchipping at only £10 per cat which is a lot less than vets will charge. We make no money from this service, it is solely to get as many cats microchipped in order to reunite kitty's sooner ratherthan later and to give owners peace of mind.
