Background : Tippy and Molly were mother and daughter who regrettably had to come in for rehoming as their owners circumstances changed and they had to move, and no longer had access to the outdoors and so in the interest of the cats they made the difficult decision to bring them in for rehoming.

Background : Cheeky had to come in for rehoming as he was feeling very put out when a new baby came into the home not to mention a litter of puppies!! and was very put out by it and his owner did not feel it was fair on him.
Details : Cheeky kept himself very much to himself in the pen and shyed away every time prospective owners were visiting! which is why it took so long to find him a new home. However, he was snapped up instantly by a lovely lady who had sadly lost her own cat and told us that he was they were very alike in looks. He has found himself a lovely new home, with a large garden and we know he will be very happy there and will receive oodles of love and attention and we cant be more pleased!!

Background : These two boys came in as their owner had a new baby and they felt it best to get them settled in a quiet environment.

We had the pleasure of enjoying their fun and antics when we had to keep them in the house as the pen was at full capacity. They are probably now happily swinging off some net curtains or have got their little noses where they shoulnt be!!

Background : Bibi had been looked after temporarily by a neighbour whilst the owners went on holiday but they did not return and as the neighbour was unable to take her on she came into us.

Original Details : Baxter came into us, very timid and nervous and his owners advised us that he should not be rehomed with other cats or with children. So we were looking for a gentle caring person or persons to help him feel settled and safe. What was so amazing was that Baxter instantly took to the ladies teenage son and instead of hiding like he usually would, he came out for attention, and we are sure he is going to gradually with time, start trusting humans again.

Details : Winnie was brought in as a stray who must have been suffering from tummy trouble as her back legs were caked and she ended up having to have her back leg area shaved. She is a very friendly cat who we felt might be a bit embarrised in the pen whilst her hair was growing back!! so she ended up taking up residence in the office. She loved getting involved with helping and she made a great office junior, she was particulalrly good on the keyboard!
Now, she is enjoying the comforts of a new home (no other cats to contend with) and probably helping her new carer with his computer stuff. Enjoy your new home Winnie.

Details :These two lovely cats came in for rehoming as their family had to downsize and move to a new property which hadn't any scope for a garden. Felix is 15 years old and Puddin 12 years and they have been together all that time. So we were so happy to find a loving and caring new home for them to live out their years together. They were lovely natured cats and we loved our time with them in the pen.

Details : This little oldie came in having been found wandering looking very lost and due to her ordeal and age she was placed on our foster register and settled in extremely well with her foster Dad just a few doors up the road from the rescue.
Details : Chester & Claudia have found themselves a lovely caring new home with loads of room to roam and play and sit in the sun. Claudia has become very fond of the little girl and often sleeps on her bed and they are both being very spoilt with affection.

Details : Reggy has finally found himself a new home. Reggy is just one of many cats that has a special place in our hearts here at the Rescue. He came in to us in a bit of a sorry state and in all the time he was with us, he never complained, scratched or made himself unpopular with the other cats. He was a gentle big boy who we are very pleased to say is now happily settled in a kind and loving home.

Details : This little oldie came in having been found wandering looking very lost and due to her ordeal and age she was placed on our foster register and settled in extremely well with her foster Dad just a few doors up the road from the rescue.
Jenny has now found a permanent home with a lovely garden and three other cats who she took to straight away. one of the cats called Mr Munro is a male version of Jenny and they are more or less identical. We are all wishing her well and many happy years to come

Details : Ziggy’s previous owner sadly passed away.and although Ziggy is an affectionate cat with a fiesty personality, she took coming into the rescue quite badly. Thankfully she has found a new home with an owner who will give her lots of attention and the space to build a trusting relationship and we wish her well.

We have managed to sort out his health problems and he is now living on a Foster basis with the vet who treated him and we hear he is really doing well and has lost half a kilo in weight which he needed!
