About Freddie

We received the following details from Freddie’s worried owner

Freddie is a 5 year old black and white boy. He went missing from the Mountfield Rd area in Lewes 2 months ago, on Thursday 2 April, when there were fireworks going off and neighbours’ dogs barking. He would have been extremely anxious and spooked. Freddie had only lived in the area for 5 weeks, and had only been in the front and back garden before, and is not familiar with the area beyond the garden.
Freddie has 3 legs (his front right leg is missing) and was currently on medication. He has a heart on nose and is a very timid cat, but he could possibly be lured in with cat biscuits.
Freddie used to be his owner’s Gran's cat. Her Gran sadly passed away in April. Freddie knows his family, and this is totally out of character. He is dearly loved and his family just want him home.
Freddie is neutered and microchipped. His microchip has migrated to around his mid lumbar so if taken into a vets he will require scanning thoroughly.

Do know of anyone who has decided to take in what they think may be a stray, or found a cat which has been taken to a shelter? Please contact us if you do, and please ask around.

Please help us to reunite Freddie by checking bushes, gardens, sheds, garages, basements, outdoor storage areas etc and if you do see him, please contact us on 01273 422721. Thank you
